PAYMENTS:
I agree to make full payment in advance for all bookings.
CANCELLATION:
This booking cannot be cancelled after payment is made. However, it can be rescheduled for a later date.
TERMINATION OF BOOKING:
If the weather is too severe or in case of civil disobedience/riots we will, rearrange your booking at no extra-cost
BOOKING PERIOD:
6 Hours, 12 Hours & 24 Hours.
BOOKING VALIDITY:
Failure to show up at the lounge within the agreed period of time and date will automatically cancel your booking with NO option for a REFUND.
USE OF MOBILE PHONES, DEDICATED TELEPHONE LINES AND INTERNET:
Our telephone line and internet are strictly for communicating between the lounge and the office. Also. our internet should only be used for legitimate businesses and entertainment. No nefarious activities should be done over our phone lines or internet. Your information will be shared with relevant security agents if such occurs.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE USAGE AND PENALTIES:
You will be liable for replacement of any damaged electrical appliance. Check that they are all in good condition when checking in. Two nine solutions cannot be held responsible for any infringement of the law or your recklessness. Any fines or damages incurred will be the responsibility of the patron.
COMMUNICATIONS:
To ensure that communication channels are in place, please provide your current and active mobile phone lines for easy communications.
BOOKING TRANSFER:
You cannot sell or transfer your booking which have been paid for in your name to any other person without a written consent from Twonine Solutions.
COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA:
We will use your personal data for the purpose(s) for which you have provided it. It may also be used for research and statistical purposes or marketing. We may however need to disclose personal data to a third party so that the service you requested could be provided. Your data may be disclosed to regulatory bodies for the purposes of monitoring and/or enforcing compliance with any regulatory rules/codes. This lounge is for 21+ only
